And just like that, the 2017 season is over! Every year around this time, I’m so surprised by how insanely fast the year went! So, to help commemorate the 20 amazing couples I’ve had the blessing of taking wedding day photos for (and a handful more pairs for anniversary sessions), I thought I would do a “Best of Weddings and Couples” for this 2017 season! I’ve never gotten around to doing a “best of” blog post, so you’re seeing the first ever year-end recap here!

Venues and Locations

This year I got to go back to some of my VERY favorite venues like the picturesque Joseph Decuis Farm (Roanoke, IN), the exquisite Sandy Pines Pavilion (Demotte, IN) and the beautiful Bread & Chocolate (Goshen, IN)! I was also able to add lots of new favorites to my list like the fun and stylish Loft 310 (Kalamazoo, MI) and the gorgeous Baker Street Train Station (Fort Wayne, IN). Finally, we made our way to the breathtaking Ritz Charles Garden Pavilion (Carmel, IN) and the elegant Uptown Center (Michigan City, IN)!

Every wedding has been so special to me and has brought tons of new memories and celebrations as I’ve watched two new friends commit themselves to each other forever! It’s such a HUGE privilege to be able to be a part of each day and each special time in these couples lives! I can’t even explain how thankful I am to be trusted to capture these memories that will last them a lifetime!
