On June 11th, 2016 Matt + Alicia stood in front of family and friends at the Heritage House in Nashville, Indiana and promised each other forever. Alicia and I have known each other for about 5 years when we started playing college volleyball together. It always adds an extra sweetness to the wedding day when it’s a friend! So naturally I was so excited when I got the call that they wanted me to capture their big day! I was able to meet Matt a little while back at another friends wedding that they were attending but got to know him even better when we got together for their engagement session. It didn’t take me long to see how PERFECT these two were for each other. I loved watching the way they interacted and loved one another so well.

My second shooter (Steph) and I traveled about 3 and a half hours down to Nashville where we arrived at this ADORABLE little country house on the most amazing piece of land. Needless to say we were both pretty excited to be here for the day. And after we saw the details and ESPECIALLY  the florals for the wedding, we knew it was going to be a fun day of shooting.

Between the bridal party, guests and the lovely couple, there was so much joy in the air! Weddings are such a fun time of celebration and a great reminder of the support and love that we have around us. This was was no different and was such a blast to be a part of!
