Mr. + Mrs. Love
When I went to visit and meet Emily at her parents house for the first time about a month before the wedding, there was no doubt in my mind that this was going to be an unbelievable wedding. Not only because she showed me some beautiful details of their upcoming day, but because she radiated joy and beauty from her spirit. Which led me to the conclusion that the man who captured her heart had to be just as great! Well this day did not disappoint at all! It’s so easy to see why Emily and Nate have some of the sweetest personalities and demeanors when you meet their families! From the moment I came over to chat details, to the last hug goodbye of the night, it felt like we were a part of the family celebration as more than just vendors!
We started off the day getting ready at her parents house (which is BEAUTIFUL by the way) where we took most of the portraits. There were plenty of willow trees in the back yard, which if you know anything about me and photography, you’ll know I’m a little obsessed with them! So you know I took full advantage of them! Then we headed over to the church where all the guests started arriving and the celebration was really about to get started! After a beautiful ceremony, we headed over to the St. Joseph Farm. This was my first time shooting there and I really hope it’s not the last!! That location is so amazing and is staffed by the sweetest people! Literally every part of where we went from getting ready, to the church, to the reception was picture perfect! The best part about this wedding was that it surrounded Emily + Nate with people who really cared about them and who wanted to celebrate with them as they became husband and wife!
Congratulations to Mr. + Mrs. Love! May your beautiful wedding day be only a small glimpse of the life and friendship that’s in store for you both!
