Chad + Krissy

July 31, 2017

You could say this anniversary session is one of my favorites for many reasons. First of all, Chad and Krissy are absolutely adorable together, there’s no ifs ands or buts about it… which made the session one of the easiest ever, BUT that’s not why it was one of my favorites….

Krissy and I met a little over a year ago when she messaged me to get some Starbucks (right off the bat I knew she was a winner when she invites me to coffee at my favorite place)! Little did I know this up-and-coming wedding planner with Simply Be So Events would soon become one of my closest friends! In this wedding industry it can get lonely if you don’t connect with others and Krissy has been a huge example to me in how to make connections that go so much deeper than just networking… I am forever grateful to call her a friend and somewhat of a co-worker 😉 She’s one of the sweetest women you will ever meet and has a such a heart for others that is SO incredibly rare now-a-days! She’s also an INSANELY talented wedding coordinator, so if you’re looking for one, reach out! It will be the best decision you make for your big day!

Chad has a helping hand in Krissy’s wedding planning business and I would say brings the comedic flare to this sweet friendship of theirs 😉 haha I have loved getting to know Chad over a couple weddings we’ve had the privilege of working together and seeing how well they compliment one another! He’s spunky when she’s sweet and she’s a dreamer that has a great grounded husband who helps put feet to those dreams of hers! One of my favorite things about Chad is how he is undoubtedly Krissy biggest fan! His love and confidence in her is so fun to watch!

So basically when they asked me to do an anniversary shoot with them I was all for it! Twice the shoot got canceled because of weather, but now I’m so thankful that it did because we had the most BEAUTIFUL evening at Oxbow Park and then got to fulfill one of my ultimate dreams of shooting at the Elkhart County 4-H Fair!! It took me out of my normal golden hour comfort zone since we didn’t get to the fair until after sunset, but it couldn’t have turned out any better!! I CANNOT wait for you to see this adorable couple and all the fun we had last week!

Enjoy!!
