This blog post is so surreal! First, it’s insane that Maci girl is even here with us AND the fact that it’s already been a month is blowing our minds! I know it’s cliche to say, but time honestly needs to slow down because it’s going by way too fast! It seems like just yesterday we were stepping out of the hospital with this newborn baby girl and now we’re heading into month two! This is where I feel like I should say all of the things that she does and the different things that have happened in the first month, but to be honest, this girl has slept away most of her life these past 4 weeks! So we’ve been enjoying all the snuggles and sleepy coos while they’re here! On the other note of what’s been happening to my boys while she’s been here, well that’s just been the sweetest thing to watch! Marcus gives her about a hundred kisses a day and calls her “sweetheart” every time he sees her and Tannan’s about as smitten as they come and as protective as I’ve ever seen him! I knew having a baby girl was going to change things around here but I didn’t realize how sweet it would be to watch these two become total gushes over her! Maci Grace is one blessed little lady to have these two guys protecting her and fighting for her already! I’m going to try to do a monthly blog recap to act as my own personal journal to look back on! So bear with me and all momma-gushing that might happen in these!
