Ashley + Tyler have waited a long time to finally call each other husband and wife and I am SO thankful to have been a part of the celebration that made them just that this past Saturday! I may or may not have shed a few tears that day myself as I watched these two take in the weight of what was happening throughout the day. There was so much intentionality in everything that happened and it made for the sweetest fall wedding day!

Family was such an important aspect of this day! Tyler’s brothers were his best men and Ashley’s sisters were her maids of honor. It’s pretty much a parent’s dream to see their kids grow up and have such respect and admiration for each other. It was no wonder why both sides were beaming throughout the whole day! And they have every right to be… they raised some pretty amazing humans!

During Alicia’s (Ashley’s sister’s) speech she commented with one of my favorite lines to date…. “Ashley + Tyler’s love is so sweet… sometimes it’s too sweet that it hurts my teeth.” If there’s one way to sum up this past Saturday and the love these two have for each other, it’s that… so sweet that it hurts your teeth!

Venue and Location

The wedding ceremony took place in the beautiful Bethany Baptist Church in Clinton Township, Michigan. The venue offered an incredible stained glass window as a backdrop for this couple’s big “I do!” The reception was held at Petruzzello’s Banquet and Conference Center, an ideal location for breaking it down on the dance floor!
