Ever since I met with Connor + Sarah for their engagement session this past spring, I have been looking forward to their wedding day in Goshen, Indiana. It was such an awesome experience to capture the wedding day of a couple who have literally known each other their entire lives! Their families have always attended the same church and been friends since they could remember. It took a while for the sparks to fly between these two lovebirds, but when they did, they REALLY did!

Connor always joked with his high school buddies about seniors who asked freshman to go to prom. Little did he know that would be his reality someday! At that point, they realized they were so much more than just family friends. They dated through the rest of Sarah’s time in high school and when she graduated this past May, they were ready to spend forever together! So last weekend at Sugar Grove Church, the church they had met and grown up in, they finally said “I do” in front of hundreds of friends and family!

There’s something so awesome about young love, amiright?! Connor and Sarah were the epitome of giddy high school sweethearts this whole day! Their wedding day was a perfect reflection of their love too – simple and beautiful and entirely focused on Jesus and their marriage! Which is probably one of the biggest things I took away from their wedding day! The focus was EXACTLY where it should be!

Connor and Sarah, thank you both SO much for sharing your wedding day, your loved ones and your commitment to each other, and for allowing me to do the honor of capturing it all for you! It was such a blessing to get to know you both and spend this time celebrating you and the beginning of this journey of marriage! I have a feeling it’s gunna be an awesome ride!!
