When I first sat down with Maddy + Luke a couple months ago for our bridal consultation, there was a couple things that jumped out at me right away. First, that Maddy was incredibly joyful! Her constant smile and warm demeanor made it feel like I had known her forever! Secondly, that Luke was one of the main reasons for her joy. I’m convinced that one of his calling’s in life is to make her laugh as much as possible in one given day… and he does a GREAT job at it!

So meeting up for their engagement session in Goshen, Indiana was basically just us going around town and me watching them do their thing together and interact the way they always do. There’s nothing special or posed about what I bring to the equation here…. they create their own magic all by themselves!

From senior year prom date to long distance college living, these high school sweethearts have stood the test of time and I CANNOT wait to watch them finally commit to each other and start their marriage journey next June!
