This shoot was something that I had been dreaming up for awhile now.

This shoot was something that I had been dreaming up for awhile now. I don’t necessarily have any connection to the dance world, but the art of dancing has always been something I’ve truly admired! So when I started thinking through different passion projects that I was hoping to do throughout this year, this was on the top of the priority list for sure!

And then once things started rolling, everything fell into place! My friend connected me with Madeline over social media and I was instantly so excited about what was in store! I bought my first backdrop and and heavy duty backdrop stand and planned to do it in a really sophisticated studio…. just kidding it was in my garage 😉 But it worked out perfectly! Props to Madeline for twisting and turning a hundred different ways for me and getting a full on workout for this shoot!

A huge thanks to her for being amazing! And a huge thanks to Allee with Allee Do My Makeup who absolutely killed it with Madeline’s hair and makeup! Such a fun mid-season shoot to do something just for the heck of it! 2021 has been filled (and will continue to be filled) with shoots that help me stretch my creative eye and I’m so thankful for that!
