Zach and Mora’s summer Notre Dame wedding in Indiana was fun, elegant, and filled with so much joy! Having their wedding at the University of Notre Dame only made sense as this is where they first met back in 2018 as graduate students.

Everything about this Notre Dame wedding was perfect. The couple who were obviously so in love, everyone who was so happy to be there to celebrate them, and the reception space and decor which was absolutely stunning!

Details, Getting Ready & First Looks Before Their Elegant Notre Dame Wedding in Indiana

Mora and Zach got ready separately and makeup was done by Rare Bird Beauties. Mora looked stunning, and I loved her classic V-neckline dress that had the most intricate lace detailing. After getting ready, Mora and Zach shared their first looks outdoors and Zach had the biggest smile on his face when he turned around to see Mora for the first time her in attire!

Mora & Zach’s Notre Dame Wedding Portraits

After Mora and Zach shared their first looks, we then got portraits of them around the Notre Dame campus. Of course, the campus is well manicured and offers lush green lawns, historical buildings, and beautiful architecture.

We were certainly graced with beautiful weather for this summer Notre Dame wedding, and I loved getting portraits of them all around the campus with the different backdrops.

Outdoor Notre Dame Wedding Party Portraits

After portraits of the bride and groom, we also got some full wedding party portraits as well as Mora and her bridesmaids and Zach and his groomsmen together. I loved Zach and his groomsmens attire for the day! Both the bridesmaids and groomsmen’s attire complimented each other perfectly.

Basilica of the Sacred Heart Catholic Wedding Ceremony

Basilica of the Sacred Heart was the location for Mora and Zach’s ceremony. The church serves as the University of Notre Dames church and is beautiful both inside and out. With soaring ceilings, intricate detailing, frescoes, and the most beautiful stained glass windows, it was perfect for their Catholic wedding ceremony.

An Elegant Notre Dame Wedding Reception in the Dahnke Ballroom

Following their beautiful indoor wedding ceremony was cocktail hour and their Notre Dame wedding reception at Dahnke Ballroom. The Dahnke Ballroom is located on the seventh floor of Notre Dame on the west side and overlooks the beautiful campus.

Mora was very hands on when it came to the design and it turned out so beautifully! It felt sophisticated and elegant with a gold and white color palette. The white florals by Merry Me Events added the perfect touch along with the candles, string lights and tall centerpieces.

After their first dance we snuck up for sunset portraits with views of Notre Dame. Afterwards Mora changed into a stunning short sparkling white dress for the reception. Them and their guests danced the night away on modern and sleek white dance floor with the band playing behind a hedge planter, which was so stylish!
