Mike and Leah’s 620 Loft and Garden and New York Public Library engagement photos were a dream to capture. This was a sunrise session, and the views from 620 Loft and Garden were incredible! Leah and Mike are getting married next July at Villa Del Balbianello in Lake Como, Italy—making this session almost exactly a year from their big day!
Mike and Leah live in New York, so it was sweet to do their engagement photos in the place they call home prior to their destination wedding. We flew out for the weekend just to capture them at the beautiful 620 Loft and Garden. I can’t wait to see them again next year!
A Sunrise Engagement Session at 620 Loft & Garden in New York
620 Loft and Garden is an iconic location for weddings in New York City. Mike and Leah invested significantly to secure an hour here for their engagement session, and it was worth every moment. The setting was truly breathtaking. Perched above Fifth Avenue, it features a beautifully manicured rooftop garden with the most lush greenery, a reflecting pool, and stunning views of St. Patrick’s Cathedral. New York Public Library Engagement Photos
After our hour up at 620 Loft and Garden, we headed to the New York Public Library. This is a very popular location in New York City for engagement photos, and for good reason. It offers a timeless backdrop with intricate details, towering columns, and an air of sophistication.
I love that we were able capture such a variety of settings for Mike and Leah’s session—first, a garden setting, and then the architectural grandeur of the New York Public Library. Both locations were iconic and perfect for a New York City engagement session!
