Mr. + Mrs. Harmon | A Wedding at The Biltwell in Indianapolis, Indiana

Katherine + Thad met out on the dance floor, in high school, when Thad got up the courage to ask “that pretty girl over there” to dance. Little did he know that one dance would turn into many and that one day that beautiful woman he would call his wife!

They’ve experienced so much together and walked through a lot of life since then! Especially when it comes to school seeing as Katherine is a lawyer and Thad is a dentist! Their perseverence and commitment to school is such a testiment to their character. And I also believe it’s such an example of what their commitment and perseverence will be as they walk through marriage together.

Watching them on their wedding day made me realize just how head over heals they were for each other! From the extremely sweet first look where many tears were shed to the epic first dance where they showed off all of their best moves, everyone could tell that their friendship (and affection for each other) runs deep! Which made capturing the big day a piece of cake!

It also helped that the whole day was incredibly beautiful from start to finish!! We started the day off at the coolest air bnb, then headed over to my favorite photo location in Indy, Newfields, for thier portraits! We then went straight to the heart of downtown and watched them say “I do” in the most beautiful and regal church, St. John the Evangelist! Finally we finished up the day at Biltwell Event Center where the amazing team of vendors had created the most picture perfect reception including a 16 foot hanging floral installment up at the head table which was sure to make every heart swoon! Everything about this day was intentional and specifically thought through and I am so so blessed to have been a part of it!

Katherine + Thad, thank you SO much for inviting me into this time with you both! Getting to know you and your friendship together has been such a blast! Thanks for being the kind of people that make others feel like instant friends right from the beginning and making this whole experience so easy and amazing! It was such a privilege being able to capture the start to your forever legacy as husband and wife! Praying that the Lord has many MANY more wonderful years ahead for you both! Love you guys!
