The first wedding of 2017 definitely set the bar high! Not only was this day filled with the sweetest couple, the most beautiful venue and the loveliest florals, but it was also a day filled with more love than I could ever explain. Casey + Konny’s love and respect for each other and for those around them overflowed constantly throughout the day! It’s always such a treat to be a part of a couple’s wedding day photos. This is a day in their lives that will be remembered forever; it’s always such a great reminder of the importance of my job to capture each moment.

From the look on the grooms face when he sees his bride for the first time, to the prayers over each couple with their friends before they walk down the aisle. All the way to the joy on the couples face as they dance the night away with everyone. There are just a few of the reasons why I love what I do.

We thought it was going to be another cold January day in Indiana, but turned out to be a nice spring day which made us feel like we were celebrating in April! You never know what you’re going to get with this Indiana weather! All of Konny’s details had me wishing I could retreat for half the day just to capture those!!

Venue and Location

Don’t even get me started on Baker Street Station (located in Fort Wayne, Indiana) and how amazing it all looked!! In every way the wedding was beautiful, but the most stunning part of it all was the way in which everything was centered around Christ and His perfect plan in placing Konny + Casey in each others lives. If Saturday was any reflection on how marriage will be for these newlyweds, they are in for years of amazing memories and a deepening relationship! I can’t wait to see what all the Lord has in store for these two!

Congrats to the newest members of the married club, Mr. + Mrs. Cavell!! Cheers to 60 years of holding fast to this beautiful covenant you’ve made! Please enjoy their lovely wedding day photos!
