A couple weeks ago, at the cutest bed and breakfast in Michigan, we celebrated Makayla + Ryan’s big day with a small gathering of their closest family and friends! Once they got engaged this summer, they had the choice to more leisurely plan their wedding for 2021, or to do what their gut was telling them to do and make it a short engagement! So they jumped right in and planned the sweetest celebration only TWO MONTHS after Ryan proposed! And they wouldn’t have it any other way!

Goldberry Woods Bed and Breakfast allowed them to rent out the whole place to give everyone a place to crash for the weekend! It was the perfect set up for an intimate party with everyone!

For the short time I’ve known Makayla + Ryan, I can totally see why this was the way to go for them! These two were so ready to be married, so making the engagement short and sweet was definitely a motivation to get all the planning done in time.

And after all of their hard work, they got to welcome everyone in to their special day as we all witnessed the start to their forever story! So thankful to have been able to be a part of their wedding! Can’t wait for you to see some of my favorites from their big day below!
